My practice utilizes mindfulness practices based in brain science. You learn simple, portable tools like following the breath, pausing, and more so you can respond rather than react to work and life situations you find stressful. You learn to:

  • Quiet persistent negative self-talk.

  • Develop sustainable practices for rest, nourishment and movement.

  • Feel confident after experiencing workplace bullying and retaliation. (I have lived experienced of workplace bullying, sexual harassment and intimate partner violence.)

  • Flourish with a chronic health condition. (I live with type 1 diabetes.)
